Replace SortedSetPopAsync (which destructively removes and re-adds entries, temporarily emptying the sorted set) with SortedSetRangeByScoreAsync to query only ready entries without disturbing non-ready ones. Also fixes ordering (was descending/furthest-future-first, now ascending/earliest-due-first). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <[email protected]>
